1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using WrenchFellow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
WrenchFellow is a platform that connects vehicle owners ("Customers") with independent automotive service technicians ("Technicians"). We are a marketplace platform only and are not a party to any service agreement between Customers and Technicians.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Certain features of the App require a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed on the cycle you select (monthly or annual).
- A free trial period may be offered to new subscribers. After the trial, your selected payment method will be charged automatically.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details.
- Refunds are issued at our discretion and are not guaranteed for partial billing periods.
6. Technician Responsibilities
- Technicians represent that they hold all required licenses, certifications, and insurance to perform automotive services in their jurisdiction.
- Technicians are independent contractors, not employees of WrenchFellow.
- WrenchFellow does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services performed by Technicians.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
- Use the App to solicit users off-platform to circumvent fees.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WrenchFellow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any services facilitated through it.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
